TERMS.
All our models are supplied unpainted and unassembled. Any metal conponents are cast in an alloy which contains lead. They should not be considered toys and are intended for adult collectors. Metal can be harmful if chewed. Care should be taken when cleaning and assembling the models.
SHIPPING
All our models are sent out boxed for safe transit (except the Bag of Skulls item which is safe to send in a jiffy bag). Orders are usually dispatched within 3 days but please allow up to 7 days for dispatch. If there is a delay in processing an order I will contact you a let you know the situation. Overseas orders generally take 3-5 days (Europe) and 7-9 day (Rest of the World) but please allow up to 28 days for delivery (very rare!).
RETURNS
If you are not fully satisfied with any item in your order please contact me at the above email address or via facebook to arrange returns and refund.
